Description We are in search of an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Woburn, Massachusetts. This role primarily involves maintaining customer accounts, processing credit applications, and managing customer inquiries. This opportunity offers a long-term contract employment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

• Monitor customer accounts and perform necessary actions to keep accounts up-to-date

• Use the Accounts Receivable (AR) system for managing and tracking customer accounts

• Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of records

• Utilize software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks

• Handle billing tasks and ensure invoices are sent out in a timely manner

• Apply cash applications as per the company's financial policies

• Carry out cash collections and follow up on outstanding payments. Requirements • Possess proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Demonstrable experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Capable of managing Billing procedures and processes

• Familiarity with Cash Applications and Cash Collections

• Experience in Commercial Collections is desirable

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Knowledge and experience using Oracle for financial management

• Familiarity with QuickBooks for accounting tasks

• Experience in SAP for business process management is a plus
