What you’ll do:

  • Develop visually engaging 3D models and graphics for Building Automations System’s user interfaces showcasing their design, operation, and integration

  • Create 2D and 3D animations that illustrate the installation and functioning of HVAC components

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to understand technical specifications and translate complex concepts into clear and understandable visual representations

  • Review of project drawings, graphics specifications, and programming points lists to understand project intent

  • Working with customers, engineers, programmers, and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve graphics issues

  • Testing and deployment of graphics projects

  • Assist with configuration of objects, trends, alarms and custom structured text programming

  • Support construction and software conversion projects, interacting with other personnel to collectively complete the entire functional system

Who you are:

  • Associate degree, or equivalent from two-year college or technical training.

  • Experience in UI/UX, GUI or web design

  • Sound knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drawing software and knowledge of Building Automation and HVAC Controls a plus but not required

  • Excellent computer skills and strong understanding of graphic design/editing tools and web design

  • Ability to work in a team environment while taking responsibility for individual tasks

  • Ability to travel to and work on construction sites for commissioning/startup. Primary work location will be the office, with 20% travel

    Reports to Software Engineering Manager

    Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
