Robert Half HR Coordinator in Woburn, Massachusetts
Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in Woburn, Massachusetts for a HR Coordinator. The role involves assisting the HR team with payroll processing, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, managing office supplies, and addressing employee inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the HR team to process payroll accurately and promptly, resolving any timekeeping discrepancies.
• Coordinate the onboarding of new hires, including the preparation of welcome materials and orientation schedules, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system, ensuring all data is accurate and confidential.
• Regularly assess office supplies inventory, place orders as needed, and ensure the HR department is adequately stocked.
• Serve as a contact point for employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Plan and organize travel itineraries for executives, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring all arrangements comply with company policies.
• Proactively manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, prioritize appointments, and coordinate logistics for internal and external engagements.
• Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking detailed minutes during meetings, and following up on action items as necessary.
• Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring high-quality and detail-oriented output.
• Execute various clerical and administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing documents accurately, managing email correspondence, and maintaining documentation systems. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is essential
• Must be adept at using ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is required
• Experience in handling Benefit Functions is necessary
• Must have a strong understanding of Compliance protocols
• Excellent Employee Relations skills are required
• Knowledge of FMLA regulations is a must
• Ability to book travel arrangements efficiently is needed
• Proficiency in using Concur Expense software is required
• Must be able to manage a calendar effectively
