Central Admissions Coordinator for Next Step Healthcare
Next Step Healthcare is seeking a self-motivated individual to join their central admissions team in Woburn. An ideal candidate should have prior experience as an admissions director and be familiar with all major insurance companies and their authorization process.
The ideal candidate will:
Be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks and multi-task.
Possess strong customer service skills
Negotiate carve outs of expensive medications and equipment.
Maintain excellent communication with clinical liaisons and insurance companies.
Managed bed availability across multiple SNFs.
Maintain excellent working relationship with the medical professionals, clinical liaisons, insurance companies and other health related facilities and organizations.
Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times and project a professional image.
Possess strong computer skills
