SUMMARY:
Under the direction of a Program Director, responsible for ensuring the successful standup and day-to-day execution of respective program activities to achieve contractual obligations, financial targets, and operational performance metrics. Coordinates direct and/or non-direct report resources to identify and resolve operational issues. Supports new business proposals, solution development, and customer contract negotiations. Must be self-directed, objective focused, and able to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and AGS leadership.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively identifies and resolves operational and financial program challenges
Effectively leads direct and/or non-direct report internal resources in pursuit of issue resolution, financial targets, and operational goals
Serves as the day-to-day customer point for contact for relevant program activities
Oversees actions to achieve contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and marshall’s available resources accordingly
Ensures CDRL Management, Program Management Reviews (PMR), and associated staff functions, such as MIS/IT management, are completed
Self-starts coordination and support efforts between departments/programs as opportunities arise
Manages task priorities, short-notice issues, operational constraints, and other potential impacts to maintain schedule requirements, and assumes total performance responsibility for work performed and data delivered
Oversees continuous improvement and standardization plans necessary to achieve program quality, delivery and cost targets at all program operating locations
Travel as required
All other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carries out supervisory-level responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws
Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

Qualifications:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Required:
Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) or Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from four-year College or university; or ten (10) years related experience
Five (5) years of experience in program management, aerospace logistics, or military aircraft maintenance activities
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Desired:
Prior experience with military logistics management
Prior experience with military aircraft maintenance operations
Prior experience with program financial analysis

The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a bonus.
