Description

Robert Half is seeking a talented Campaign Manager with 3-5 years’ experience in digital campaign management (DCM), specifically in planning, tagging, launching, and analyzing programmatic media campaigns across various channels including Display, Native, Audio, Video/cTV/OTT, DOOH, Social, and Search.

• Collaborate directly with industry partners to develop client-facing presentations and proposals, negotiate terms, and purchase digital media for guaranteed awareness and performance campaigns.

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital media plans, including flowcharts, insertion orders, and budgets.

• Implement trafficking, tracking, and measurement schemas and frameworks for effective campaign monitoring and evaluation.

• Address client requests promptly and make necessary updates to campaigns as required.

• Continuously monitor media performance throughout campaign flights and optimize strategies as needed to meet predefined benchmarks.

These responsibilities emphasize the critical role of the Campaign Manager in overseeing the end-to-end process of digital campaign management, from strategic planning and execution to performance analysis and optimization. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to drive successful campaign outcomes.
