Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator. This position will involve working alongside full-time staff to support various events and communications within our organization. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with program administrators, clients, and to coordinate event logistics.

• Manage event communications, including sending emails to notify building occupants about maintenance activities or event schedules.

• Assist in programming access keys for guests, requiring tech-savvy skills.

• Coordinate transportation to events using golf carts, while not being the driver.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with experience in a similar role preferred.

• Strong tech-savvy skills, particularly in programming access keys and managing digital communications.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, while also capable of working independently.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
