Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Marketing Communications Coordinator located in New Jersey. This position primarily involves managing and coordinating marketing and communication projects, with a focus on social media, writing, and collateral project management. The role is a contract employment opportunity and requires a blend of remote and onsite work.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate marketing communication projects including public relations, special events management, advertising, and creating brand awareness.

• Develop and implement social media strategies on platforms like Facebook, ensuring the promotion and engagement of the company's brand.

• Utilize CRM and database systems to track and analyze marketing campaigns and their outcomes.

• Coordinate onsite deployment of communication materials and provide support where necessary.

• Monitor and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns through Google Analytics and other data analysis tools.

• Manage budget processes for marketing projects and ensure all activities are run within the allocated budget.

• Ensure all marketing activities align with the campaign planning and the overall strategic goals of the company.

• Maintain strong communication within the team and with external stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of projects.

• Utilize project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.

• Ensure coordination with other departments for seamless execution of marketing and communication strategies.

Requirements • Proficient in CRM and Database management

• Experience with EO/IR systems

• Familiarity with Facebook Insights and Google Analytics

• Ability to create and manage Advertisements

• Proven track record in enhancing Brand Awareness

• Understanding of Budget Processes

• Experience in Campaign Planning

• Strong Communication skills

• Solid experience in Project Management

• Familiarity with Social Media platforms and their management

• Demonstrated skills in Coordination
