Robert Half Project Coordinator in Woodbridge, New Jersey

Description Assist in the development and validation of competencies required for effective leadership within the organization.

Provide hands-on coordination and support for various HR leadership development initiatives.

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within established timelines and budgets.

Conduct data analysis to assess the effectiveness of leadership development programs and initiatives.

Assist in the creation of reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Provide operational support as needed to ensure the smooth execution of leadership development activities. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in project coordination or management, preferably in HR or talent development.

  • Familiarity with competency development and validation methodologies.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Flexibility to occasionally work full-time hours and travel to NYC for on-site work as required.
