• Lead an efficient flow of work and information through marketing, creative, and production departments

• Track and monitor progress, manage job files, route projects, organize schedules, and conduct status meetings

• Assist in the handling and organizing of materials to ensure the delivery of a the most necessary elements of every project in a defined scope, quality, time frame, and cost constraints

Requirements - Experience in a range of project management software like Microsoft Project, SmartSheet or other similar applications

• Previous experience in a key role in an accounting function preferred

• In this position, the candidate will be tasked with analyzing complex business problems, proposing effective solutions and understanding and applying business vision and direction

• Expertise in business and technical requirements analysis, documentation, modeling and testing methodologies & development

• Hands-on experience with Marketo

• Experience with HubSpot

• Wide ranging experience with Zoom

• General familiarity with Basecamp

• Earlier work involving Verbal Instructions

• Digital Marketing experience

• Multi-Channel Marketing experience

• Proficiency in video

• Comprehension of Eloqua

• Previous experience working with Management skills

• Knowledge of Branding standards

• Solid understanding of project management

• Skills in Troubleshoot

• Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Office Suites

• Practical knowledge of communication

• Quality experience with Microsoft Teams

• Good understanding of Written Communication

• Proven knowledge of web design

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance & Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

• Capable of responding both orally and in writing to executive management, team members, business and technology professionals

• Resourceful project management background

• Having a Project Management and/or Business Systems Analyst Certification is a bonus
