Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Project Manager. This role falls within the telecom provider industry and requires managing various functions such as coordinating deliverables for client and regulatory review, supporting audio and video recordings for learning solutions, and assisting with business development proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the process of submitting deliverables for client and medical/legal/regulatory review.

• Support the execution of audio and video recordings used in learning solutions.

• Manage financial reports, process invoices, and receipts accurately.

• Support the development and management of project timelines.

• Create and update client status reports regularly.

• Provide team support for business development proposals and pitch presentations.

• Utilize skills in audio and video editing for project execution.

• Manage pre-production and production stages of projects.

• Apply project management skills to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements • Proven experience in a Project Management role is required.

• Demonstrated expertise in Audio Video, Audio Editing, Video, and Video Editing is essential.

• Solid understanding of Pre-production and Production processes is necessary.

• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

• Demonstrable problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

• Proficiency in using Project Management software tools.

• Degree in a relevant field is preferred. However, equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• High level of personal integrity and professionalism.

• A proactive approach to work, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as necessary.
