What we're looking for in a Appointment Scheduler To excel as a Full-Time Appointment Scheduler at Minnesota Urology P.A., you will need a solid foundation in both technical and interpersonal skills. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of two years of appointment scheduling experience, preferably in a medical office setting. Proficiency in medical terminology is essential to facilitate effective communication with patients and healthcare providers. Familiarity with insurance processes is preferred, as this knowledge will help you navigate patient inquiries and scheduling efficiently. While experience with current EMR systems is advantageous, we are willing to provide training for the right candidate. Knowledge and skills required for the position are: High school diploma/GED Minimum two years of appointment scheduling preferably in a medical office environment.
