As a Full-Time Imagining Coordinator at Minnesota Urology P.A., you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate, patient-focused care. The Imaging Coordinator works directly with the patient care team to organize, coordinate, and maintain patient treatment plans. As the first point of contact with the Imaging department, this position provides exceptional customer service to patients and visitors and schedules imaging appointments, coordinates delivery of radioactive injectables and verifies insurance for all radiology patients. In addition, the Imaging Coordinator performs administrative and receptionist functions including preparation and maintenance of patient records, previous imaging, and serves as a resource to staff regarding imaging protocols. This role provides the link between staff, patients, families, care providers, and other departments.
