We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk in Plainview, New York. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in our legal industry by handling patent law-related billing functions and ensuring accurate reporting to clients. This role involves working with various billing and timekeeping software.

Responsibilities:

• Handle statement billing and job-by-job billing tasks efficiently.

• Ensure accurate processing of patent office payments.

• Manage attorney timekeeping tasks.

• Provide regular reporting to clients and generate monthly statements.

• Utilize Timeslips Software and Legal Tracker Software for various billing functions.

• Leverage skills in Software Systems and Computerized Billing for efficient operations.

• Apply knowledge of About Time for effective timekeeping.

• Use Billing Software for Attorneys and Automated Billing for accurate billing processes.

• Handle tasks related to Patent Law and Legal Billing.

• Undertake responsibilities related to Contractual Billing.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential

• Must have experience with Computerized Billing

• Knowledge of 'About Time' software is required

• Able to perform various Billing Functions efficiently

• Familiarity with 'Timeslips' software is a plus

• Understanding of Patent Law is beneficial

• Experience in Legal Billing is highly appreciated

• Proficiency in Billing Software for Attorneys is desirable

• Experience with Automated billing systems is required

• Knowledge of Contractual billing is essential
