AriZona Beverages USA LLC eCommerce Marketplace Associate in Woodbury, New York

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE Arizona Beverages USA seeks to add an eCommerce Marketplace Associate to work as a member of our eCommerce / Marketplace team in Woodbury, Long Island, New York. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving our e-commerce strategy forward, expanding our reach, and managing our brand on the Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Target.com and other online marketplaces. Ideal candidates will have specific experience with Amazon Marketplace and be familiar with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central and related tools and processes. We are looking for a detail-oriented team player with the ability to recognize opportunities and solve problems effectively. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Daily operations and management of the AriZona products on the Amazon 1P (Vendor) Marketplace, driving sales and enhancing brand visibility. Daily product catalog management and listing optimization across multiple online marketplaces to drive sales and product awareness. Implement strategies which sell similar products across multiple marketplaces. Manage relationships with key marketplace contacts to address any issues effectively. Continually review and optimize search & positioning strategies and analyze performance metrics to maintain growth, relevance, and competitive edge for top SKUs. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly checks on all marketplace accounts for inventory concerns, policy violation or account health warnings and customer communications. Manage and optimize product listings on marketplaces, to including organic search terms, paid search terms and other promotional campaigns. Perform Keyword Research and optimize listings for better performance and sell through. Ensure all listings have on-brand content, both copy and graphics, that effectively promotes product's features and benefits and value proposition, creating consumer enthusiasm. Work with Graphic Designers to create product images and infographics. Troubleshoot blocked, suspended, suppressed or inactive listings and stranded inventory. Manage and troubleshoot product variations and mergers throughout the catalog. Remain up to date with multiple marketplace best practices, new trends and platform updates. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and positive attitude.

Passionate about staying up to date with the latest and developing trends in e-commerce marketing and applying this knowledge.

Strategic thinking with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Advanced MS Office skills (particularly Microsoft Excel).

Understanding of Amazon and Walmart platforms, algorithms, and best practice.s

Proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics and Amazon Analytics.

Work is on-site in our Woodbury (Long Island) NY facility. WORK ENVIRONMENT Office Workplace in-office.
