Robert Half RPA Developer in Woodbury, New York

Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an RPA Developer in the Insurance industry, based in WOODBURY, New York. As an RPA Developer, you will be tasked with the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of UiPath automations, alongside collaborating with team members to ensure optimal user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently design, create, and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify potential automation opportunities and map business processes accordingly.

• Adhere to sound engineering design, process, and quality practices.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for RPA processes.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues in automated processes to ensure error-free execution.

• Monitor RPA environments to ensure optimal performance and adherence to SLAs.

• Offer training and support to end-users and team members.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in RPA technology.

• Participate in the development of long-range planning for new projects and facilities in conjunction with management.

• Provide engineering time and effort estimates.

• Facilitate and participate in design and code reviews.

• Assist in software releases and rollouts. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the role of an RPA Developer, ideally within the insurance industry.

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with RPA software, particularly UiPath.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot, debug code, and resolve software-related issues.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and deploying robust RPA solutions.

• Proficient in managing code deployments and ensuring the smooth functioning of automated systems.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating technical information to various audiences.

• Strong experience in stakeholder communications and engagement, able to effectively manage expectations and address concerns.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a team, yet comfortable working independently when needed.
