Nice Pak Product Manager - Upstream Marketing in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey

We have several locations across the US and are looking for new Associates to join our team!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

  • Build a comprehensive knowledge base of customer insights, competitor analysis, and market dynamics within the Environment of Care sector.

  • Represent marketing and voice of customer in the Product development process, defining product requirements and working collaboratively with product development team to drive product through product development process from project initiation to launch

  • Support the development and execution of a product portfolio strategy—determining right portfolio mix of products/ solutions and across core, adjacent, and transformational innovation opportunities.

  • Develop business cases for new product introduction based on market research and customer insights

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS

  • Top line sales

  • Operating Income

  • Number of new products introduced

  • Launch Planning timeliness and performance against objectives related to EOC strategy

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. MBA preferred

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:

  • Experience in product management and marketing in healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements, industry trends, and customer needs.

  • Understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and launch.

  • Knowledge of and experience in market research methodologies, competitor analysis, and the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive strategic decisions.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • 2 - 3 years or more product management or marketing experience in healthcare setting; Upstream marketing experience preferred

  • Collaboration in cross-functional projects

  • Developing business cases to support a new product or initiative

  • Driving product development project from conception to launch

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to confidently and expertly drive various projects to meet stated goals within projected timeframes.

  • Excellent prioritization skills to manage multiple activities and tasks across the team on a daily basis, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion.

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals, the sales force, and R&D teams on future product development projects.

  • Effective public speaking skills and presence, with the ability to present confidently to diverse audiences.

  • High-energy individual with a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and priorities.

  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • No hazardous or significantly unpleasant conditions.

SALARY RANGE

  • $110,000 - $125,000 annually
