Description

This position will be on the Midnight Shift:

1. Have a clear understanding of all processes and procedures within the office and the warehouse and always practice and enforce (warehouse workers and drivers).

2. Have a clear understanding of all safety procedures and processes. Charged with the responsibility of defining obstacles and aid in creating solutions concerning safety, identifying safety hazards, and suggesting corrective actions. Follow company safety practices and procedures to provide a safe work environment for all team members

3. Manage the warehouse team to ensure warehouse production is always at 100%.

4. Communicate with other Coordinators and Team Leaders to ensure warehouse production is at 100%.

5. Review and adjust employee timecards in Paylocity.

6. Issue disciplinary actions to employees as needed and required.

7. Complete investigation reports as needed and accurately.

8. Communicate professionally and promptly with customers via phone and email.

9. Responsible for making and cancelling delivery appointments.

10. Building work orders for PSI.

11. Receive and ship scrap loads.

12. Blessing material into inventory.

13. Completing DSR

14. Participate in all necessary training (receiving, shipping, office, safety, etc.).

15. Adhere to 5S standards and ensure the oncoming shift is set up and prepared.

Requirements

1.Must be detail oriented, self-starter and able to meet deadlines.

2.Requires excellent written and oral communication skills as well as good organization skills.

3.Must be accurate in working with numbers and willing to help in other areas of as requested/needed.

4.Must have the ability and desire to work with people in the team concept and be innovative and willing to participate in internal programs, communications, work simplification, quality improvement.

5.Moderate physical activity. Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 50 pounds or stands/sit’s or walks for more than eight (8) hours per day.

6.Work involves moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and/or loud noises.

7.Metatarsal boots, gloves, and safety glasses are required at all times when in shop.
