BIO RAD LABORATORIES - 390 GSC Lean/Continuous Improvement Project Manager III in Woodinville, Washington

In this role as the Bio-Rad GSC Lean/Continuous Improvement Project Manager III, you will drive business performance by using, promoting, and executing Lean Operational Excellence tools, processes, and concepts across the business unit. How You'll Make An Impact: Utilize Lean to determine what, why and measure how well its executing, and drive a continuous cycle of change and improvement. Use Lean as a way of thinking, a set of principles, and a collection of methods and tools that shape who we are and what we do. Develop internal capabilities to see (opportunity) and redefine what does good look like with respect to speed, impact, (local) implementation and scalable deployment (of solutions). Establish and deliver key initiatives that support the organization's top priorities (Organic Growth, Operating Margin, Working Capital) and important metrics improvement, strategic project execution, and/or capability building. Rely heavily on Lean principles and tools to drive process improvements leading to performance improvement. What You Bring: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in relevant technology. 6+ years related experience and experience leading continuous improvement initiatives with lasting impact. Strong analytical skills including data collection and synthesis. Strong grasp of the Project Management framework including Gantt charts, communication plans, risk management, etc. Proven success in thinking and acting from an enterprise viewpoint. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Senior Management in determining priorities and creating Kaizen Funnels accordingly. Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $122,900 to $169,000 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
