Robert Half HR Manager in Woodinville, Washington

Description We are offering an opportunity for an HR Generalist in Woodinville, Washington, in the Wholesale Distribution - Non-Durable industry. This role will primarily focus on Human Resources (HR) Administration, Employee Relations, and Recruiting.

Responsibilities:

• Administering various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel

• Developing, recommending, and implementing personnel policies and procedures

• Preparing and maintaining employee handbook and policies and procedures manual

• Performing benefits administration including claims resolution and change reporting

• Conducting recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees

• Conducting new employee orientations and recording new hire information

• Handling employee relations counseling and exit interviewing

• Participating in administrative staff meetings and attending other meetings and seminars

• Maintaining company organization charts and the employee directory

• Recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.

Please note this role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Requirements • Proven experience in a HR Generalist role within the Wholesale Distribution - Non-Durable industry

• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations, Human Resources (HR) Administration, and Recruiting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems

• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
