PAY: *During TRAINING $22/hr; After TRAINING = $20/hr Hourly pay + Performance Bonuses; 1st year = $40,000 - $50,000 annually, top earners have exceeded this in the first year! *Work Schedule: *The Support Call Center is open 7am to 7pm Monday thru Friday, and 8am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Working hours will be a combination of *weekdays and weekends with shifts from 8am to 5pm and/or 10am to 7pm. This is a high demand environment and excellent attendance is mandatory. *This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position. Schedules are based on job performance. *Here are a couple of things to note:  **This position will train and work on-site in our Woodinville offices. After 6 months, you & your supervisor can discuss REMOTE opportunities. Interested candidates must be able to pass a background check and will be required to take a drug test. 

As a Customer Service Rep, you will provide strong customer service, research and resolve issues, and provide support to our sales team as part of a close-knit team. This team is responsible for verifying information, scheduling customers, handling escalations, and communicating with many different departments and customers.

What you bring to the table:

• 2+ years of customer service experience; Sales and call center experience are big pluses
• Excellent people skills and enjoys helping others
• Demonstrate composure under pressure
• Computer savvy experience with MS OFFICE, email, and databases
• Fast typing skills -- 50 WPM+
• Possess high character and integrity
• Ability to work in a Service Oriented team
• Have excellent timely attendance!

TRAINING: This position will train and work on-site in our Woodinville offices. Open to discussion of REMOTE work based on performance after 6 months.
