BIO RAD LABORATORIES - 390 Quality Control Supervisor II in Woodinville, Washington

As the Bio-Rad Quality Control Supervisor II, you will suppport the manufacture of EIA commercial products with an emphasis on raw material testing, work in progress and finished good testing. You will review Quality Control Matererial Batch Records and inspection records, conduct Quality Control data anaylysis/troubleshooting. You will manage the Quality Control schedule and operators including ongoing/new employee training. Your responsibilities include ensuring EIA Quality Control operates according to Standard Operating Procedures and Testing Methods employing Good Laboratory Practices in compliance with FDA/ISO regulations How You'll Make An Impact: Schedule and Manage employees to complete required testing. Ensure on-time testing, assay validity and data review. Review batch records to ensure compliance. Set objectives for staff, monitor individual and team performance, coach employees to improve team performance and ensure compliance. Participate in cross-functional teams such as MRB, QRB, CAR and scheduling meetings as needed. Ensure lab compliance with safety regulations and GMP/GLP, including equipment validation, calibration and maintenance requirements. Track critical QC data, monitor for trends and report to management. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field. 6+ years Quality Control or Manufacturing experience and 3 + years of supervisory/team management experience. Knowledge of EIA/IFA assays and experience collecting, analyzing and reporting on data. Strong communication skills and ability to work cooperatively and professionally with cross-functional teams. Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $87,800 to $120,700 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
