Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the tax industry based in WOODINVILLE, Washington, 98072-5740, United States. We are seeking a Tax Preparer who will be expected to handle a variety of tasks including preparing tax returns for individuals, businesses, and trusts, as well as managing customer inquiries and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

• Handle tax preparation tasks for various forms such as 1040's, 1120s, 1065, 1041's.

• Execute accounting functions efficiently and accurately.

• Use CCH Pro FX software for tax-related tasks.

• Maintain and update customer records diligently.

• Resolve customer inquiries regarding their tax returns in a timely manner.

• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.

• Take ownership of tasks and work independently.

• Provide assistance with administrative tasks such as answering phones and putting together packets as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Tax Preparer

• Proficiency in using CCH ProSystem Fx

• Experience with CCH Sales Tax software

• Solid understanding of accounting functions

• Knowledgeable about allowances

• Strong data entry skills

• Proven experience in tax preparation

• Familiarity with various tax forms
