In this role as a Bio-Rad Warehouse Associate I you will be involved in one or more aspects of the Shipping Team function. The roles include: picking, packing, cartonization, and inventory. You will function and perform as a member of the team. Bring your strong teamwork skills where you will assist in advanacing science, saving lives, and delight our customers! How You'll Make An Impact: Provide direct, positive impact to customer shipments through the proper performance of Shipping duties. Perform shipping warehouse duties, including: carton induction, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. Assist with special processes as needed, including: bulk picking, export, and handling "Dangerous Goods" classed items. Maintain proper material inventories though attention to detail in all functions.ing materials by checking stock to determine inventory levels. Utilize motorized and non-motorized equipment to move materials, parts, supplies and equipment as instructed. May operate a forklift. What You Bring: Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent desired. Work Experience: Shipping/receiving/inventory experience desired. Quality focus. Teamwork skills. Ability to utilize computer and accompanying software for shipping, receiving, and order processing applications. Compensation: The estimated hourly range for this position is $16.06 to $22.12 per hour at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
