A Brief Overview

The Assistant Manager, Product Development position is part of our Prescription Benefit Management (PBM) Customer Care Continuous Improvement team. This team is focused on transforming service experience for members and improving operational efficiency. This position will have the ability to drive new strategic and operational initiatives, which will have a profound impact on the future direction of the company.

The Assistant Manager, Product Development position will work with cross functional partners to drive decisions pertaining to features and capabilities following our CVS Agile methodology for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Member/customer centric product Implementation that is focused to radically transform the customer care experience. The goal is to simplify, automate, and streamline the current process so that customer care agents are empowered to help consumers (i.e., members) resolve complex asks and optimize use of their pharmacy benefit.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to identify process improvements including documenting current and future state, reviewing work instructions/CIFs, pain points and transformational opportunities.

  • Support agent feedback, agent focused workshop, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and documentation

  • Assist in system demos; help design wireframes with UI/UX teams; Provide production release support in partnership with other capability teams

For this role you will need Minimum Requirements

  • 3-5 years work experience

  • Essential Qualifications and Functions: The minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) which are absolutely required to successfully perform the job. Generally, required skills are a bit more open-ended. Be sure to include any required physical attributes of the job. Ensure language regarding “regular and reliable attendance” is an essential function of the job. Essential requirements should also include “any additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manager” e.g. travel requirements, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree

  • Masters

  • Experience in working in projects or process improvement initiatives

  • Demonstrated ability in managing multiple priorities

  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft tools such as Excel, Visio, Miro, PowerPoint

  • Established communication skills

  • Working experience in Salesforce lightning cloud

  • Verifiable Salesforce trailblazer learning experience

  • Knowledge of Care systems and tools such as PeopleSafe, theSource, etc.

  • 5 to 8 years work experience

Education

  • High School Diploma Or General Equivalent Development (GED)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
