Position Summary

The Delivery Manager position reports to a Senior Delivery Manager and is part of the Marketing Operations Team within PSS (Pharmacy Service Segment) Marketing. This role focuses on developing and tracking project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring the efficient delivery of marketing assets and campaigns specific to a strategic business unit. You will collaborate with marketing strategists, creative and digital enablement teams, and vendors to drive end-to-end project execution, resolving issues as needed, monitoring, and reporting on project progress and risks, and capturing opportunities for process improvement where possible.

This role is hybrid working at one our Corporate Hubs - you must work in the office 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday): Woonsocket, RI; Wellesley, MA; New York, NY; Hartford, CT; Chicago, IL.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in project, delivery, account, traffic or marketing operations management.

  • 2+ years’ experience within an agency or internal marketing organization.

  • 2+ years’ experience working in project management tool. Workfront platform experience and knowledge a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to multi-task a variety of initiatives/projects in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment.

  • Solid project and process management skills with strong understanding of waterfall and/or agile methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving and time management skills, including strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to flex and navigate effectively through ambiguity.

  • Project management certification or equitable experience.

  • Experience working in or with creative marketing agencies or marketing organizations.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience) required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
