Position Summary:

This Senior Manager - Agile Practice Management will be responsible for driving the successful execution of CVS pharmacy’s most critical and complex IT initiatives and programs via close partnership with CVS pharmacy executives and senior leaders. This will be responsible for helping scope major strategic initiatives and guiding their end-to-end execution to ensure business-driven results and transformative outcomes.

The position supports enterprise-wide goals to significantly improve IT project delivery in: execution speed and effectiveness, driving a consistent approach, and understanding and supporting the unique business requirements of CVS pharmacy. This position will be part of a team of Program Managers and Project Managers taking accountability for the most important and complex IT projects and programs, working to ensure the goals are achieved.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience leading program management efforts within large, complex environments.

• 5+ years of experience planning, organizing, directing and tracking all aspects of IT programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience ensuring program scope, schedule, budget, quality and associated metrics are available, accurate, and meet corporate standards and guidelines.

• Experience operating in a global, highly complex and fast changing environment.

• Work directly with internal clients at all levels (e.g., finance, customer service, sales and marketing) and external vendors.

• Lead by adopting organizational change and managing change throughout the organization.

• Hands-on experience using a wide variety of program and project management tools and techniques.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or, equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$124,372.50 - $247,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
