Position Summary
This position follows a hybrid working schedule of three days onsite per week and two days remote in Woonsocket, RI
The Sr Analyst, Pharmacy Licensing will lead a team of staff focused on a wide range of functions to ensure CVS facilities have and maintain the licenses required for uninterrupted and compliant business operations. The role interfaces and works collaboratively with management teams across business segments (retail, mail, specialty pharmacy, and health care delivery operations) to support initiatives while also ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. The Associate Manager will support new initiatives by leading teams to obtain new licenses and to ensure licenses are appropriately registered with regulatory agencies to perform site-specific service offerings. In addition, this role will ensure timely notifications are made to regulatory agencies as required for such events as officer, trade name and temporary and permanent hours of operation changes.
The Sr Analyst, Pharmacy Licensing will also provide key support to the Licensing Team by overseeing (1) the disciplinary reporting process (2) that pharmacy inspection reports meet state-specific renewal requirements (3) the review of government agency rule changes to determine impact on licensing operations and (4) the allocation of resources to support renewal teams. Additionally, this role will ensure licensing data requests from stakeholders are provided accurately and timely to support business operations.
In addition to the above, this role will collaborate closely with the Director, Licensing on process improvement initiatives including standard work procedures, technology enhancements and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in healthcare, business, licensing, or related field.
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Applications.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of supervisory experience.
5+ years in healthcare, business, licensing, or related field.
1+ years of experience in project management .
Education
Associate Degree required or equivalent years of related experience.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
