Description

We are looking for a skilled Sr. Financial Analyst with a strong background in Power BI to join our team. The person in this role will employ advanced analytical skills to interpret complex financial data to influence strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analyses using Power BI and translate data into actionable insights that contribute to business strategies

• Develop, modify, maintain, and continuously improve reporting systems, models and schedules (both automated and non-automated) using Power BI

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze data, identify trends and anomalies

• Perform monthly financial reporting including variance and financial statement analysis

• Collaborate in the development and ongoing maintenance/improvement of financial models and analyses for financial planning and control

• Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline and automate data-driven reporting solutions

  Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, CPA/CMA/MBA preferred

• 5+ years of experience in corporate financial planning and analysis

• Proficiency in Power BI and other analytical software

• Advanced Excel skills, ability to build complex models & large data manipulation

• Demonstrated capabilities in strategic and critical thinking, problem solving and decision making

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Understanding of accounting principles and budgeting practices

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
