Avera is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Clinical Coordinator looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera’s patient-focused settings.

Job Summary

This position is located in Worthington, MN.

The RN - Clinical Coordinator with Avera@Home is accountable for ensuring the patient care administration process is coordinated and managed in accordance with evolving healthcare best practices.

Education and/or Experience

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required

  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred

  • Two or more years of homecare

Licensure/Certification/Registration

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota required upon hire.

Work Schedule

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks

  • No weekends, no holidays and no call time.

  • Posiiton may work 3 days per week in the Worthington office and 2 days per week in the Marshall office.
