Ciena Healthcare Receptionist in Worthington, Ohio

Part-time: Every other Saturday and Sunday from 11am - 7pm

As the guest service representative you are the face of Laurel Health Care Company! The guest service representative is the first contact for many candidates, guests and family members who contact our facility. The guest service representative represents the company in a positive manner while greeting visitors, answering telephones and directing calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming and direct incoming calls.

  • Greet and direct visitors and family members.

  • Provide clerical support for the Administrator and other staff, as directed.

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of computers.

  • Able to project a positive and professional image.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills; oral and written communication skills.
