Responsibilities Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to: * Provide flight test engineering expertise to U.S. Air Force and Space Force customers for advanced technology development related to R&D, acquisition, development and testing of cutting-edge technologies * Assist the AFRL customer with creation of developmental and operational flight test processes * Assist the AFRL customer with execution of flight test efforts at applicable flight test ranges * Create test plans, coordinate test planning, and perform data collection and analysis of flight test results * Provide engineering expertise to the lead project engineer and make technical recommendations to the project engineers * Assist with identifying and mitigating technical, cost, and schedule risks to projects * Analyze end user requirements and provide recommendations based on scientific results and developmental risks * Evaluate proposed project
