Our client, a leader in the cleaning services industry, is seeking a Floor Technician to join their team. As a Floor Technician, you will be part of the operations team supporting a clean and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, adaptability, and reliability which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Floor Technician

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $19 per hour

What's the Job?

• Sweep, mop, buff, polish, scrub, strip, and refinish hard-surface floors using heavy equipment.

• Vacuum, spot clean, and extract carpeted floor surfaces.

• Clean furniture and empty trash, linen, and garbage containers.

• Wash walls and maintain baseboards and cove base molding.

• Assist in training other employees as needed.

What's Needed?

• 12 months of related work experience preferred.

• Experience with floor care equipment and all phases of floor and carpet care preferred.

• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on creating a healthy and safe working environment.

• Ability to attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.

• Willingness to take on additional duties as assigned based on business necessities.
