Description of Position:

Oversees and drives systematic data integrity across the Fox Valley & Westfield. Coordinates with various departments on getting items from trial stage to commercialization. Manages department to align all commercial items between locations.

  • Define the direction we take to make money and grow the business.

  • Maximize the value of ProAmpac product portfolio. Responsible for the business processes by which data is controlled and managed in our various ERP systems (People Soft etc.). The “gate keeper” of data entry and data management to ensure the utmost accuracy is maintained within our system.

  • Responsible for the coordination of multiple sources of inputs into the system. Inputs include raw materials, WIP’s, FG items, trial requests, specifications, Customers, Vendors, Support Groups, and NBO’s. This includes the coordination and transfer of items between facilities.

  • Responsible for all Trials within the facilities. Includes managing the item creation and driving the orders through the system.

  • Follow Process to change items and information in the system with documentation from the requestor and customer.

  • Creation of New labels and changes to labels. Works with customer and with IT to develop the label needed.

  • System Testing for IT changes and validation.

  • Responsible for managing a system where existing data inaccuracies are properly reviewed and documented. Ensure timely and accurate corrections are made to system data.

  • Responsible for training the organization and maintaining best practices regarding system technology. Ensure all employees’ skills remain current regarding system utilization and a high degree of consistency is maintained with all system users.

  • Responsible for managing a diverse team of people.

  • Streamline Processes in all departments.

  • Trouble shoot system issues for manufacturing and other internal groups.

  • Develop Creative solutions to opportunities throughout the facility.

  • Ability to fill in vacations for team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline desired.

  • 10 Years work experience, with significant experience in B to B environment

  • Proven talent for leading a multi-cultural team in a matrix organization

  • Commercial and operational acumen
