Summary

As a Time & Attendance Implementation Specialist you will be the expert when it come to the Time and Attendance software. You will have an important role in building our customer relationships by guiding them through the implementation of their new service. Along with the MercForce team, you will perform quality training to facilitate understanding of the service and ensure the cohesive transition of the client to a support specialist. You understand that implementations can be a challenge for the customer so you are attentive to the customer's needs and go above and beyond for them to be sure that problems are resolved and questions are answered.

As an HCM Time & Attendance Implementation Specialist you will...

  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the functions and configuration on the HCM system as well as product, services and pricing of alliance products to support the MercForce team, clients, and other departments.
  • Assist existing clients who have new configuration requirements and ongoing support needs for iSolved Time & Attendance, Time Clock Hardware, Occurrence Tracking and custom reporting.
  • Obtain necessary information from the client for Time & Attendance policies, implementation requirements and documentation for a proper audit trail. This may require web, phone, and/or in person meetings.
  • Perform all pre-training and pre-production testing necessary for successful implementation and transition to production.
  • You will manage the time & attendance implementation process to ensure high accuracy with conversion and completion by established implementation deadline.
  • Trace and reconcile problems back to the source, analyze issues and make the appropriate decisions for correcting entries or configuration.
  • Perform system and product training with the employer. Complete a cohesive transition of the new client to their assigned specialist including client specific training for the specialist.
  • Follow-up with all clients after implementation to ensure that they are satisfied.
  • Maintain and update the status of each implementation using our internal Pipeline.
  • Perform billing actions according to proposal and contract.
  • Perform client terminations according to the Client Termination Procedure.
  • Maintaining a high rate of client retention through quality service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of HCM or HRIS-related experience, data management, data analysis experience.
  • 2-year college degree to specialize training that is equivalent.
  • Conceptual knowledge of networking and time clock hardware.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft office with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Knowledge of Payroll related functions and systems.
  • Project management experience preferred.
