SUMMARY: 

Management Business Solutions is seeking a 

Human Resources Analyst

 for its client in 

Grand Rapids, MI

. The person will be responsible for supporting the HR department with a focus on recruitment. This role involves managing the recruitment cycle, analyzing HR metrics, and providing insights to enhance HR processes.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Generate regular reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment efficiency, and employee engagement.
  • Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS).
  • Utilize HR software and tools to streamline recruitment and other HR processes.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in audits and compliance reviews as needed.
  • Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.

     

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
