Basic Job Functions:

The primary role of the NBG Warranties Supervisor is to coordinate all NBG standard warranty offerings across all our brands and assist Division Leadership with special warranty offerings needed. This includes providing strategic direction and leadership working within a team environment to develop the NBGs warranty offerings and the training programs needed to sustain them. This position will provide an emphasis on consistent implementation of the NBG Warranty offerings across all brands by focusing on the following:

  • Developing the tools and processes needed to certify Builders of each brand as needed through the Contractor Installation Certification Program (CICP).

  • Facilitation and oversight of the CICP sessions. This includes coordination of content with our PD/R&D Teammates; coordination of sessions and branding requirements with our Sales Managers; coordination of Division resources required with our Division Quality Supervisors and Field Techs; coordination of marketing and branding with our NBG Marketing Teammates; and coordination of warranties through other Nucor Products Groups and outside vendors.

  • Coordination of executed warranties with Builders of all brands to meet the requirements defined by the NBG Leadership. This includes issuing final documentation and tracking systems for duration of warranties.

  • Facilitating the coordination of any warranty claims with Division Leadership.

  • Providing leadership and development of the Warranties & CICP Admin.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of High School diploma.

  • Minimum of (4) years of metal building experience or equivalent field experience working with metal roofing projects.

  • Willingness to travel and at times on short notice.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
