Merchandiser Lead Magazines Full-Time, Weekly Pay - Join our team as magazine merchandiser lead to organize and replenish checkout and newsstand shelves inside your local grocery and superstores. Through quick weekly check-ins with your regional supervisor, you'll identify your store service list, build a flexible work schedule, and learn merchandising priorities for the week. Store visits are short and supported with an easy-to-use mobile app outlining hot tasks for special launches and non-magazine product merchandising. ONLINE APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED TO BE CONSIDERED Position: Merchandiser Lead Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Location: Yakima/Richland/Kennewick, WA Reports To: Supervisor of Merchandising Compensation: Competitive Wage $22 to include Travel time between accounts is paid. Direct Reports: None Travel: Travel expected up to 100% of the time to cover territory Duties: Represent territory on behalf of accelerate360. Work with retailers and service partners to ensure stores are merchandised properly, and inventory is handled appropriately to maximize sales. Work within a retail environment to effectively merchandise products by applying appropriate store and/or corporate standards. Safely and efficiently replenish product. May assemble shelves/racks and display cases following measurement guidelines. Service all stores as scheduled within the allotted hours provided by the supervisor. Seek prior approval from the supervisor before working outside of scheduled hours. Contact the supervisor before working more than 10 hours in a workday or overtime. Accurately record work hours and other company-related information using designated applications. Discuss duties requested by store personnel not listed herein with your supervisor before performing those duties. May train merchandisers on appropriate merchandising standards. Back up to Supervisor and fill in Supervisor duties as needed. May be assigned to approve payroll and run a variety of reports. Other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Qualifications: Active Smartphone or mobile device Proficient with using system applications to report work hours/business data. Reliable Transportation will service assigned accounts to meet the schedule. Strong Interpersonal Skills Excellent Communication Skills - verbal & written. Ability to multi-task. Professional behavior and attire in accordance with company policy Adherence to attendance and all other company policies Valid ID for Proof of Employment Eligibility Work will be physical in nature, including standing for long periods and lifting to 50 pounds.
