What you'll do:
Performs work orders consistent with the individual’s ability. Examples of work orders: general building maintenance, changing light bulbs, minor electrical repairs, repairing drywall, painting, paneling, wallpapering, sheetrock work, hanging doors, adjusting locks and door hardware, fixing or replacing broken windows and screens, hanging pictures, minor plumbing repairs, unplugging drains, replacing leaky washers, re-lighting, replacing and adjusting heaters and controls, maintaining smoke detectors and emergency lights, maintaining and installing swamp coolers/air conditioners, replacing floor tiles, carpeting and linoleum, repairing roofing, grounds maintenance/irrigation if needed, new construction, etc.
Performs preventative maintenance on all equipment throughout the facility.
Performs new construction and any re-model work consistent with the individual’s ability.
Maintains the ROP vehicle fleet if needed and directed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
If required to operate a company vehicle during the course of employment, must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver. Must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving
