KINSLEY CONSTRUCTION Building Project Accounting Assistant in York, Pennsylvania

Reference #: 7514ecf0da17ae97c7ae51a18700787b15dadbdf SUMMARY OF POSITION We are seeking a motivated Project Accounting Assistant for our growing team in York, PA. Reporting to the Building Division Accounting Manager, the Project Accounting Assistant is responsible for assisting with accounting and administrative duties within Kinsley's Building Division. Primary tasks include assisting with project invoicing and payment process, subcontract/purchase order compliance tracking, account payable and receivables, change order preparation and, contractual documents preparation. A successful candidate should possess applicable field experience, strong computer skills, good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
