Position Overview: This position will provide support to the executive leadership team in performing administrative duties associated with scheduling, policy development, and general office management. The successful candidate will be a highly trusted, organized individual who exercises a great deal of discretion, and has exceptional interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.

Base Location/Travel Requirements: Office assignment: York, PA with flexibility to work from another office or from home when appropriate. Travel: Occasional travel as necessary to other offices, yard locations, trainings, and offsite meetings.  Additional travel may be required to customer facilities.

Essential Functions/Duties: Supporting each Execute team member by providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records including the handling of confidential information with sound judgement Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, gathering documents and organizing catering when necessary Managing the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters Assist with office/building maintenance - arranging property repairs and maintenance Create and maintain spreadsheets for leadership (KPI's, goals, budgets) Assist in the planning and organization of company-wide events Assist with the compiling of information and preparing spreadsheets and/or PowerPoint presentations for key executive meetings Arrange travel itineraries for Executive Team and oversee travel arrangements for other key employees as needed to support business objectives and customer events Process expense reports and submit through IB Abel Expense Log system Back-up to reception area when needed - welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department Special projects and tasks as assigned Fulfill any other additional administrative duties as required within IB-Abel as needed

Education, Skills, Experience: Required: High School diploma along with 5-7 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders. Excellent communication skills, internally at all levels and with our guests. Excellent computer skills - knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc. Excellent typing skills: accuracy is imperative. Detail oriented.

 Desired: 2-year Associates degree - Business Administration SharePoint experience. ViewPoint - Vista experience.
