Job Title: Mechatronics Technician

Job Description

Summary:

We are looking for a Mechatronics Technician to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks ranging from installing simple lighting circuits to troubleshooting modern CNC controls of multi-axis machining centers. You will work on mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance on controls’ cabinets - Test servo motors with megger - Rebuild motor starter contactors - Adjust VFD setpoints to change motor behavior - Inspect for hot spots with an infrared camera - Setup CNC linear measurement hardware - Test I/O cards within PLC controls - Setup limit switches and proximity switches - Run conduit and pull wire for solenoid valves - Size conduit and wiring for 480V power disconnect - Troubleshoot welding power supplies - Adjust position set points for a machine tool - Communicate with customers regarding their engineering design-related questions and concerns - Mechanical system disassembly and reassembly - Pneumatics controls and plumbing - Hydraulic system diagnosis and repair - Other duties as assigned

Openings on 2nd or 3rd shift 2nd - 3pm-11pm, Mon-Fri 3rd - 11pm-7am, Sun-Thur Training for 120 days is on day shift - Mon-Fri 7am-3pm
