Specific Job Responsibilities & Duties: * Demonstrates effective and professional communication skills * Directs departmental performance measures with Supervisor, including visual controls and provides regular progress reports to Supervisor * Provides leadership * Work towards continuously improving housekeeping, safety, and productivity, and supports an environment that empowers employees Understand the process of changing parts on correct racks * Helps to ensure the paint line is maintaining the capacity plan * Ensures the quality of parts coming off the paint line meet the companies quality standard * Maintains painting equipment and paint room regarding maintenance and housekeeping * Ensures the paint room is operating at efficient levels. Rebuilds paint guns and pumps as required. Maintains spare part inventory levels * Uses personal protective equipment and ensures others in the department follow the company's safety policies * Able to lift 55lbs of powder boxes throughout the day on demand * Other duties as assigned

Experience * Knowledge of paint line processes * Paint booth experience * Able to work in a team environment * Willingness to meet and exceed production requirements * Ability to handle change * Mechanical aptitude * Prior Powder Coating Experience desired

Skills * Ability to read tape measure * Ability to read and understand Graham Architectural Products' blueprints, drawings, and routings * Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks * Team player  

Education * High School graduate or GED
