DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Location: 76 Acco Drive, York, PA 17402

We are looking for a new Production Operations Manager to own and coordinate all aspects of several manufacturing lines. We are seeking an experienced Production Operations Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of our manufacturing lines. Your primary focus will be on training and developing teams, enhancing production efficiency, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality standards. This role requires a deep understanding of production methods, technology, and equipment capabilities, as well as a commitment to continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement.

Operations Manager Salary Range: $81,000 - $100,000, depending on experience

Core Contributions: * Operational Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, and run day-to-day operations to exceed customer expectations. * Efficiency Monitoring: Ensure smooth and efficient production processes by evaluating and optimizing production procedures. * Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production issues to improve efficiency and quality. * Team Management: Supervise a team of production workers, including hiring, training, and scheduling. * Liaison Role: Act as the primary point of contact for the plant, coordinating manufacturing activities to minimize waste. * Standard Work Documentation: Maintain and update Standard Work documentation, addressing audit deficiencies and customer quality complaints. * Manpower Management: Assess and manage manpower requirements. * Production Planning: Collaborate with Production Planning on scheduling requirements and monitor performance. * Safety Oversight: Ensure plant safety and implement improvement initiatives. * Quality Assurance: Maintain quality standards, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure on-time deliveries. * Budget Management: Provide input to the annual budget and capital equipment and execute them effectively. * Staffing: Oversee recruiting, job descriptions, salary classifications, and team placement.

Essential Experiences: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience * 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment * Experience with an ERP and Lean manufacturing * Lean Six Sigma quality training or equivalent continuous improvement experience preferred
