Job Summary:

As the Clinical Manager, your role involves delivering essential clinical training during New Employee Orientation (NEO) and as scheduled throughout the year. You'll collaborate with the Clinical Director to design clinical training programs based on identified needs, aiming to enhance clinical competencies and service delivery among our clinical staff. Conducting both planned clinical staff meetings and ad-hoc clinical consultations with assigned teams, including during on-call shifts, will be part of your responsibilities. This guidance and direction align with Clinical Policy and Procedure, contractual obligations, state and Federal requirements, and ethical standards. Moreover, if you're an independently licensed behavioral health professional, you'll provide clinical supervision to the licensed clinical staff under your purview, as outlined by 4 A.A.C 6.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a field related to behavioral health and licensed at the associate level with The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as a Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Substance Abuse Counselor.

  • Preferred 1-3 years of full-time Behavioral Health Care related work experience, providing exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations, though not mandatory.

Pay Details: $72,769.21 to $80,410.00 per year
