Job Details: Summary: This position will be responsible for the execution of Learning initiatives. Tier 2 Learning Manager oversees,coordinates,and executes learning and development. Servingas the primary point of contact for new hire on-boarding,andfrontline leadership training needs(softskills). This position will support Operations on OJT program as requested, measure the learner/retention experience from Orientation by launching and collecting surveys to identify improvement opportunities and implement feedback by partnering with Plant Operations and HRBP. This position will interact regularly with HR and Operations, as well as other management support and hourly Team Members and departments. The Learning Manager facilitatesin person and virtual trainingsessions, in addition to conducting classroom seminars,team buildingactivities,andtrain-the-trainersessions. Strong organizational and communications skills are essential for this role, as well as acute attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work well independently with little supervision. This position requireshigh levels ofcollaboration with cross-functional partners, such as Safety, FSQA, CI, Human Resources, Talent & Culture, and Operations Leadershipteams. The Tier 2 Learning Manager compiles and maintains a variety of reports on individual and organizational developmental activities. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience to be considered in lieu of higher education. Experience: 2 years relevant work experience Computer Skills: Advanced computer skills Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills required. Team member must be able to adapt their communication style for all levels within the organization. Special Skills: Extensive Operations and Manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to work with all levels of Team Members and develop positive and strong business partner relationships. Highly organized with the ability to multi-task. Supervisory: No Travel: 4 - 8 domestic trips per year.
